Privacy and data handling

Privacy policy

This notice describes the static website and AppSPHERE demos as they operate today. It distinguishes browser-only demo data from technical logs handled by our hosting provider.

Effective date: October 7, 2026

Website requests and hosting logs

When your browser requests a page or file, HostGator, our web host, processes technical access logs. HostGator's current documentation says these logs can include an IP address, request, time, browser or device details, transferred bytes, and response time. HostGator states that its access logs are kept for at least 30 days. Its retention and access controls are operated by the hosting provider; account archive settings do not mean that the provider creates no logs.

We do not inspect raw visitor access logs or use them to identify people or calculate unique visitors. The website currently has no account-registration endpoint, advertising tracker, or first-party analytics collector. Counts of requests for AppSPHERE files are requests, not people.

AppSPHERE and browser storage

AppSPHERE demos run in a sandboxed browser frame. Demo state and preferences that a demo saves are stored in browser storage on your device. A local save does not itself send that saved value to our web server. Static specifications and public demo files are downloaded from this website when needed.

Third-party media and social platforms

Some demonstrations can load privacy-enhanced YouTube media. When a YouTube player is loaded, your browser connects to YouTube and the service can receive technical connection data under its own privacy terms. If you contact or interact with Programmati.ca through Discord, X, or another social platform, that platform handles account and message data under its own terms. The autonomous workforce currently has no enabled social publishing or message-ingestion adapter.
